What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with warm leads to discuss life and mortgage protection options
- Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through the process via phone or Zoom
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to support their financial needs
- Participate in training and mentorship programs to enhance sales skills
- Work towards achieving personal sales goals and contributing to team success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication skills and a coachable attitude
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to obtain necessary licensing with employer support
- Previous sales experience in any industry is a plus but not required
