What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow and develop an assigned territory by calling on surgeons in their offices and hospital operating rooms
- Make daily calls to develop new customer relationships
- Demonstrate products to surgeons and healthcare personnel
- Prepare and deliver quotations for medical and surgical products
- Maintain a territory plan and develop long-term relationships with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience or at least 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment in a commissioned sales environment
- Strong ability to present multiple product lines effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to drive and travel frequently
