      In this role you will carry out sales and promotion activities of Armacell products in the assigned area in accordance with the budgets and commercial policies for Italy.
      Your goal is to achieve the expected objectives of sales, profitability, established margins and market share.

      YOUR TASKS
      Establish effective communications with direct and indirect customers in the assigned area

      Manage and provide service to customers

      Achieve sales and margin targets set in the assigned area

      Contribute to empower Armacell by building a close relationship with the main stakeholders

      Promote Armacell solutions at specifiers and jobsites to ensure that Armacell products are installed

      Stay up to date on regulation requirements and inform customers accordingly

      Work hand in hand with the customer service team


      YOUR PROFILE
      Technical degree in HVAC, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

      Min. 3 years of experience in technical sales in the construction industry

      Strong Customer focus with proven track record in Technical Sales

      Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels

      Business fluent spoken and written English language skills

      Solution oriented, analytical personality able to handle and resolve technical problems

      Team player with strong business acumen and knowledge of the normative requirements in the construction industry

      • Contribuire a rafforzare Armacell costruendo una stretta relazione con i principali stakeholder
      • Promuovere le soluzioni Armacell presso progettisti e cantieri per garantire che i prodotti Armacell siano installati
      • Mantenersi aggiornato sui requisiti normativi e informare i clienti di conseguenza
      • Collaborare con il team di assistenza clienti

      IL TUO PROFILO

      • Laurea tecnica in HVAC, Ingegneria Meccanica o Industriale
      • Min. 3 anni di esperienza in vendite tecniche nel settore delle costruzioni
      • Forte orientamento al cliente con comprovata esperienza nelle vendite tecniche
      • Ottime capacità comunicative a tutti i livelli gerarchici
      • Inglese fluente, parlato e scritto
      • Personalità orientata alle soluzioni, analitica, capace di gestire e risolvere problemi tecnici
      • Giocatore di squadra con forte acume commerciale e conoscenza dei requisiti normativi nel settore delle costruzioni
