Req#: R32674Join employer as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be part of a company that has been a leader in scheduling, management, and membership solutions for sports and health and fitness facilities worldwide since 2003. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals for our software products. You will work with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and innovative solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to build interest in our products and services.
- Qualify and prioritize leads based on the company's criteria.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calling, emailing, and networking to schedule product demonstrations and meetings.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and negotiate and close customer deals to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data and sales reports in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales— SaaS B2B sales is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software—Salesforce, Hubspot a plus.
