What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact for trade clients, interior designers, and VIP customers, delivering exceptional service and personalized support.
- Offer tailored product recommendations and assist clients throughout the lifecycle of their interior projects.
- Oversee and manage custom orders, special pricing requests, and delivery coordination to ensure a premium client experience.
- Execute proactive outreach, including outbound calls and targeted follow-ups, to drive repeat business and deepen client relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics and operations teams to monitor high-value orders and resolve any customer claims or escalations.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within interior design, trade sales, or luxury home décor sectors.
- A degree or background in Interior Design is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value trade and VIP clients.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with a focus on personalized service.
- Strong ownership mentality and a collaborative spirit to work cross-functionally across marketing, operations, and logistics.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with luxury retail, hospitality, trade clients, hotels, resorts, or universities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with AI-powered sales tools (e.g., Apollo) is a strong plus.
- Experience managing custom orders, pricing negotiations, and detailed project requirements.
- Comfort with outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a willingness to leverage data for client insights and outreach optimization.
