Job Description
- Req#: 102449
- Ensure successful achievement of sales targets in targeted outlets
- Ensure the correct sales execution as per guidelines for each assigned outlets
- Track own performance indicators (including completion of basic job responsibilities and input/output KPIs)
- Be the reliable point of contact with outlets owners. Include investigating, resolving, tracking customer issues and timely follow-up actions
- Timely feedback/Escalate to sales supervisor on the issues identified in the assigned area to improve service at the outlet level
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (Preferably)
- Business Development, Marketing/Economics or related fields
- 1 year in sales or marketing
- English: Written and Spoken (Good)
- Computer and software (Excel, Words, digital applications, etc.)
- Excellent outlet execution: ability to execute at the point of sales as per guideline and instruction
- Knowledge of the local market, competitors and consumer landscape
