      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell Topcon construction products in an assigned territory
      - Prepare written sales planning materials regarding potential customers and forecasting
      - Develop new customer accounts by promoting the value of Topcon products
      - Negotiate pricing of products to customers and maintain ongoing customer contact
      - Compile data on market trends, competitive products, and pricing, and participate in trade shows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience in civil engineering, construction, or surveying
      - Superior listening and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work effectively in teams
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
