Corps 1 Construction is currently seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. The Sales Representative will generate leads, initiate sales and aid in the building and eventual management of a sales team.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Follows through on sales from start to finish - generate the leads, write the contract and assist with managing the project.
• Visits job sites prior to installations and in follow up after the project is completed
• Maintains and updates prospect records and sales within the CRM.
• Knocks on doors of prospective customers’ homes.
• Performs roof inspections as needed.
• Manages the building, management and training of sales team.
• Adds value to the team by developing professional relationships and obtaining referral sources.
• Oversees the claims and insurance process.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Sales Representative Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of roof sales experience.
• Previous insurance claim experience required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation.
• Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time across the designated region and work on a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be capable of climbing on a ladder.
• Self-starting ability
• Timeliness and dependability
