What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and conduct presentations for business owners and Financial Institution (FI) partners to close deals
- Maintain and build trusted partnerships with assigned FI branch locations through regular visits and communication
- Utilize CRM platforms (Atlas and Salesforce) for lead generation, sales presentations, and client management
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting appointments to meet sales quotas
- Stay informed about industry trends and product/service developments to effectively engage clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required for regular travel to client sites
- Ability to spend a minimum of 75% of time in the field
- Background check and completion of mandatory drug screening required post-offer
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent prospecting, communication, and networking skills
- Experience with Pipeline lead management
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
