      To support our sales team in Switzerland, we are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Geneva and Lausanne for our Premium Portfolio.

      Your Responsibilities

      • You will manage our hospitality and gastronomy clients, as well as beverage wholesalers and the C&C channel in the Geneva and Lausanne regions, focusing on our products.

      • You will oversee and manage our existing clients and contractual customers.

      • You will be responsible for acquiring new customers.

      • You will independently and creatively implement measures and activations to increase demand.

      • You will work closely with other colleagues and the Brand Management Team to ensure market-leading placement with customers.

      • You will ensure optimal customer service by maintaining all important information about market conditions and customer visits in our systems.

      • You will monitor market and competitive situations and look for new trends in the gastronomy industry.

      Your Skills

      • You have several years of professional experience in sales within the FMCG industry with a focus on beverages, ideally with experience in the gastronomy sector.

      • You live and breathe the gastronomy industry and have access to a comprehensive network of relevant contacts in the bar and club scene.

      • You preferably live in Geneva but are willing to travel regionally.

      • You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on high sales orientation and brand development.

      • You possess organizational skills, goal orientation, good negotiation skills, and a high sensitivity to customer needs.

      • You are proficient in MS Office and digital/social media.

      • You are fluent in French and English, with additional basic knowledge of German being an advantage.
