- This position willbe responsible for looking new QuidelOrtho business opportunitiesto achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration.
- Increase product awareness for assigned product lines through daily end-user coverage.
- Maximize customer retention by ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate educational training sessions to laboratory staff ensuring optimal understanding and use of diagnostic products.
- Collaborated with sales teams and regional managers to develop market strategies and achieve quarterly sales objectives.
- Established strong relationships with hospital personnel, including decision-makers, to expand product awareness and secure new opportunities.
- Participated in trade shows and professional meetings, presenting product demonstrations and addressing clinical needs of potential clients
- +5 years of experience in Sales, desirable experience in related work or in clinical laboratory
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Health Care
- Desirable training in the area of health
- Ability to evaluate and collect market intelligence information
- Quality and responsibility in decision making
- Negotiation and Influence
- Action-oriented, driven result, implementation capability and agility
- Adaptability to Corporate culture
- English - intermediate for understanding courses and technical materials (advanced English will be considered a differential)
- Spanish - minimum understanding for participation in meetings & training
- Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
- The sales representative in this position needsto be flexibleand adaptable. Must be able to establish Networking. It is important to create and strengthen networkingin order to know the region's business dynamics and market movements Able to work flexible hours.
