Job Description
We are looking for a new Sales Representative for our Nordic business line Industries & Environment.
As a field-based Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving SGS's sales and customer relationships within your assigned territory. You will initiate and manage both inbound and outbound sales contacts with prospective and existing customers, ensuring accurate order handling and documentation. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, maintain, and increase revenue and profitability according to set targets, and communicate SGS's range of testing and services to prioritized customers. Your role includes contract negotiations, ensuring correct payment procedures, and actively seeking and nurturing customer relationships. By staying updated on market developments and changes within your territory, you will contribute to SGS's overall success and profitability.
The main tasks include:
You will work closely with our local businesses and international organization. We are part of the Nordic organization, and you will report to the Swedish Sales Manager.
Qualifications
We hope that you have an educational background in sales or marketing. Previous work experience in the environmental field is meriting as well as other relevant experience.
You are social, systematic and like teamwork, but you also enjoy independent and result oriented working style. We expect you to have a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You value excellent customer experience and high customer satisfaction, and you are proficient in presentation techniques.
Your strengths are the ability to form and strengthen customer relationships and build suitable solutions for the diverse needs of customers. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. Communication skills in Swedish or any other Nordic language is meriting. This position requires a driver's license as regular travel (mainly in Finland, but sometimes also in other Nordic countries) is a part of the role. Good IT skills are essential.

The position-specific fixed monthly salary is based on previous applicable work experience and skills.
