      About the Role

      Essity is looking for an experienced Sales Representative for Home Health Care channel. Responsible for providing on-going support, implement business strategies, innovative technologies and solution of care to achieve profitable business relationships and develop new revenue opportunities. Responsibilities will primarily include promoting Tena® incontinence, JOBST® compression, orthopaedics products and Advanced wound care products within all channels and customers.

      This will be a remote position responsible for covering Laval, Laurentides, Lanaudiere, Outaouais and Abitibi. The ideal candidate should live in Laval or within aligned territory and have ability to travel often.

      What You Will Do

      • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with accounts to promote brand awareness and secure profitable business.

      • Develop, implement, and monitor customer specific sales plans and marketing programs to meet/exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully represent and grow the Essity business.

      • Serve as primary contact for all products and services and create interest and demand for ESSITY products while promoting best practices in the home health field. Must conduct commissioning, support ongoing training, as well as provide corporate presentations and business reviews for customers.

      • Recommend products and services (value-added proposition) that meet customer needs. Collaborate in the development of training and education programs for various target therapies.

      • Collaborate with the RSD to ensure channel growth and opportunities, business strategy implementation, and contract negotiations including terms and conditions.

      • Frequently analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.

      • Work closely with the Quebec team to support regional business, assist with training, collaborate on the development of new programs and any other initiatives.

      Who You Are

      • University Degree or equivalent experience

      • 5+ years relevant experience in business, sales or healthcare industry.

      • Orthopedic, advanced wound care or compression experience preferred

      • Advanced negotiation skills

      • Strategic thinking skills and account profitability understanding

      • Strong presentation skills

      • Ability to develop sales and business development plans and the ability to deliver these plans.

      • Solid understanding and the whole value chain of the business development.

      • Strong PPT & Excel utilization

      • Advance knowledge of the products and services offered.

      • The ability to drive a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s license is required

      • Must be available to travel outside the province 1-2 times per year

      • Must be Bilingual (Written/Verbal fluency in French & English)
