      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and sell the employer's Interventional portfolio to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned accounts
      - Develop leads, recruit new surgeons, and assess customer needs to maximize product benefits
      - Build and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including physicians
      - Implement approved marketing strategies and generate new sales opportunities
      - Maintain accurate customer records and prepare required reports for the District Sales Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant sales or clinical experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences; or
      - Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or
      - Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
      - Ability to travel as required for the role
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in orthopedic, spine, or operating room environments
      - Proven ability to sell in collaborative settings with surgeons
      - Familiarity with anatomical knowledge relevant to the employer's products
      - Demonstrated leadership abilities in sales or clinical settings
      - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
