      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to determine their needs and deliver tailored solutions
      - Collaborate with the sales team to build and implement competitive sales plans

      - Provide world-class customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
      - Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in sales with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
      - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
      - Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals

      - Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry
      - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
