What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
- Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
- Represent the employer brand and connect customers with the right products.
- Maintain a professional workspace and meet work-from-home requirements.
- Collaborate with teammates and adapt to varying schedules and customer needs.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire.

- Experience in a sales environment, especially within the insurance sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong typing capabilities and proficiency with PCs.
