      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs.
      - Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
      - Represent the employer’s brand and connect customers with the right products.
      - Adapt to different work environments and schedules while maintaining customer service excellence.
      - Participate in a structured training program that spans 16 to 18 weeks for licensed and unlicensed hires, respectively.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
      - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales.
      - Excellent communication abilities with both prospects and customers.
      - Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
      - Property and Casualty License required after hire.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
      - Proficiency in typing and PC skills.
