      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
      - Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
      - Represent the employer brand while connecting customers to the right products.
      - Maintain a professional workspace for remote work and adhere to department requirements.
      - Participate in training programs to obtain necessary insurance licensing.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
      - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
      - Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers.
      - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
      - Property and Casualty License required after hire.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
      - Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
