      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
      - Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
      - Represent the employer brand, ensuring customers are connected with the right products
      - Adapt to different work environments and schedules while maintaining customer satisfaction
      - Maintain a professional workspace and meet work-from-home requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
      - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
      - Excellent communication skills to engage with both prospects and customers
      - Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
      - Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
      - Familiarity with insurance products and services
      - Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
