      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs.
      - Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
      - Represent the employer's brand with integrity and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
      - Adapt to different environments and schedules while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
      - Complete paid training, which lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required, with 2-3 years preferred.
      - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales effectively.
      - Ability to communicate well with both prospects and customers.
      - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
      - Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a sales role within the insurance industry.
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
      - Familiarity with insurance products and services.
      - Strong typing capabilities and proficiency in PC applications.
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
