      Aftermarket Sales

      Come be a part of an Aftermarket Sales team that is responsible for selling Bell’s portfolio of products & services across the globe. You’ll work with key accounts, private, VIP, para-public, HEM’s, and foreign military customers. This role will be an integral part of the commercial business to drive sales & future growth.

      What you’ll be doing as a Sales Representative for Key Accounts

      • Meeting sales targets and play a crucial role in driving aftermarket sales growth initiatives
      • Communicating sales growth strategies and their initiatives as well as supporting new capture of sustainment plans & renewals, and assuring customer data integrity
      • Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the sales funnel and providing essential support to the business development team, Customer Service Facilities (CSF), and Aircraft Maintenance Centers (AMC) partners
      • Managing customer orders and product information as well as preparing for quarterly customer business reviews
      • Providing comprehensive support to customers by understanding their requirements, communicating effectively, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill their orders accurately and efficiently
      • Coordination of meetings, location selection, and appropriate presentation content
      • Travel up to 35% to perform on-site customer visits & trade show attendance when needed

      Skills You Bring To this Role

      • Strong communication & organizational skills
      • Customer focused and have the ability to develop & maintain customer relationships
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to skillfully manage through challenges
      • The ability to work autonomously along with initiative and drive
      • Collaborative & analytical skills
      • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
      • Strong skills in Excel such as Visual ERP, SAP, & Microsoft Office suite

      What you need to be successful

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or other related field
      • 2+ years experience in the aviation industry working with account management, sales, or other related customer support role
      • Experience in business development, new product development, contract review, and compliance is a plus
      • Prior Bell/Textron internship preferred
