      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Acquire new accounts and maintain existing relationships to drive sales growth
      - Develop and implement territory plans to enhance customer relationships
      - Negotiate contracts and obtain orders to increase sales volume
      - Provide technical support and address customer complaints in collaboration with Technical Service
      - Attend regional and national sales meetings, as well as industry-related seminars

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, chemistry, engineering, or related field
      - 2-4 years of sales experience or relevant industry experience
      - Proven ability to execute the full sales cycle, including prospecting and closing business
      - Strong verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills
      - Ability to travel frequently (estimated at 50%-60%) and reside in the territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ERP systems and sales reporting tools
      - Ability to develop new approaches for product replacement and niche market development
      - Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
