What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth targets
- Identify and close new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial partners
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, delivering training and product demonstrations
- Build long-term partnerships by providing outstanding service and innovative solutions
- Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven record of outperforming sales targets in fasteners, tools, or related industrial/automotive markets
- Strong technical aptitude to explain specifications and applications confidently
- Skilled in negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a multi-state territory
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
