What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively communicate the employer’s value proposition and product vision to potential customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to drive during the day or night
- Proficiency with MS Office and email, and ability to use sales applications on mobile devices
- Ability to carry out instructions in written, verbal form, or via sales applications
- Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift/move up to 25 pounds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Prior experience with CRM software
- Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry
