What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively communicate the employer’s value proposition and product offerings to potential customers
- Identify and understand customer goals and challenges to position the employer as the best solution

- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction
- Continually source new sales opportunities and manage relationships with realtors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive during the day or night
- Proficiency with MS Office and email, as well as the ability to utilize sales applications on various devices
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Regular exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry
- Prior experience with CRM software
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales
