      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Effectively communicate the employer’s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers
      - Uncover customer goals and challenges, establishing the employer as the best solution available
      - Overcome objections and close sales
      - Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction
      - Continually source new sales opportunities and manage time efficiently to meet sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
      - Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive during the day or night
      - Ability to utilize sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
      - Proficiency with MS Office and email
      - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move up to 25 pounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with CRM software
      - Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong motivation and enthusiasm
