What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively communicate the employer's value proposition and product capabilities to potential customers
- Understand customer goals and challenges to position the employer as the best solution
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction
- Network and perform outreach to realtors to establish new customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive during the day or night
- Ability to utilize sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, lift/move up to 25 pounds, and work in various weather conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with licensing requirements that vary by state
- Prior experience with CRM software
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated and results-driven
