What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively communicate the employer's value proposition and product capabilities to potential customers
- Understand customer goals and challenges, positioning the employer as the best solution

- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the sales process
- Continually source new sales opportunities and manage relationships with realtors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive during the day or night
- Proficiency in using sales applications on smartphones, tablets, or laptops
- Strong skills in MS Office and email communication
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Highly motivated and team-oriented
