      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Effectively communicate the employer's value proposition and product capabilities to potential customers
      - Understand customer goals and challenges, establishing the employer as the best solution
      - Overcome objections and close sales while maintaining accurate documentation
      - Continually source new sales opportunities and develop marketing plans for customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
      - Valid driver's license and ability to drive during daytime or nighttime
      - Proficiency in MS Office and email, along with the ability to use sales applications on devices
      - Capability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move up to 25 pounds
      - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with moderate noise levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with CRM software
      - Previous sales experience or knowledge of the homebuilding industry
      - Strong intercommunication skills and ability to work well with others
      - Highly motivated and enthusiastic attitude
