      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Effectively communicate the employer's value proposition and product offerings to potential customers
      - Uncover customer goals and challenges, positioning the employer as the best solution
      - Overcome objections and close sales transactions
      - Maintain accurate documentation of sales processes, including loans and construction options
      - Source new sales opportunities and maintain a database of prospects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
      - Must possess a vehicle and valid driver’s license, with ability to drive at all times
      - Proficiency with MS Office and email communication
      - Ability to utilize sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
      - Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with CRM software
      - Prior sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
      - Licensing requirements may vary by state
