What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Accurately forecast sales phases for new and existing programs using market data and customer insights
- Travel approximately 40% within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and market insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in a bedding-focused industry or similar manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and market analysis techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
