- Calls prospective customers from provided list of leads.
- Identifies prospects by prepared listings provided by Sales Manager.
- Influences customers to buy product by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Instore merchandising, store visits – setting displays, and cleaning displays.
- Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; closing sales.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
- Follows-up with initial sales contacts.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales required
- None required.
- Experience in Telephone Sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- May occasionally attend industry trade shows.
- Frequently travels to customer retail locations to have direct customer contact and check inventory.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.

I. Job Summary
This position Supports the growth and development of the Bagster line of business, Sales Representatives and Field Marketing Program. The Sales Representative, National Merchandising will solicit orders for the Bagster program by identifying prospects; telephoning customers; persuade customers purchase our product. Additionally, the role is responsible for managing existing business relationships to achieve budgeted sales.
