      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and develop relationships with clients through site visits and ongoing communication
      - Execute sales strategy and generate sales reports while identifying opportunities for growth
      - Drive business development by managing territory and increasing customer visits
      - Utilize internal resources and CRM tools to enhance customer interactions and sales effectiveness
      - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BSc or equivalent required
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in a complex sales environment with a consultative approach
      - Proven track record of sales success and experience in business-to-business sales
      - Strong understanding of relationship types and buyer behaviors in a scientific context
      - Must have completed mandatory sales training programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in laboratory or research environments
      - Familiarity with best-in-class selling processes and technologies such as CRM tools
      - Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English
      - Strong negotiation skills for large account pricing strategies and contracts
      - Ability to synthesize sales data to support strategic decisions
