- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and suppliers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Prospect, quality and close new business opportunities within the pallet industry.
- Build customer trust by visiting customer facilities.
- Works closely with Transporation Department and Plant Manager to communicate customer requirements and delivery of products.
- Maintains outstanding attendance to ensure responsibilities. Position requires extra hours, occasional overnight travel, and weekend/holiday efforts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Position Overview: We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating pallet transactions for our North Carolina and South Caroling territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales and a passion for maintaining and/or exceeding customer expectations.
