- Development and Implementation of Sales Activities: This involves planning and executing sales strategies & marketing campaigns for PH Therapies
- Customer Retention and Acquisition: The role includes retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones across all customer segments
- Market Analysis: Analyzing the market, including competition and customer accounts, to create sales strategies
- PH Case support: Performing case support for PH cases
- Marketing and Promotion Activities: Planning, organizing, and participating in relevant marketing activities
- Team player: Ability to work & collaborate with all the members of the team & colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree required in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific disciplines
- Fluency in English – Other European languages are a plus
- Experience working in medical device, pharmaceutical, life science industry
- Ability to work well is a cross-functional environment
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to be flexible and travel as required
- Mastery of standard PC tools is essential
- Independent, self-reliant thinking and acting as well as a sense of responsibility

A Day in the Life
We are hiring a Sales Representative Pelvic Health to join our medical technology operations in Greece. This is an opportunity to provide thorough and in-depth clinical and technical support for Pelvic Health management to a wide range of clinical bases including physicians, nurses, technicians and operating room personnel. You will play a key role in supporting the sales representative with extending and developing the customer product portfolio and accounts. With a passion for helping patients and a commercial mindset, you will make a significant difference in Greece.
Promotes and sells Medtronic's Pelvic Health products and services within a designated territory to meet or exceed sales targets, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders such as distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders. Identifies leads, assesses customer needs, and delivers product solutions to maximize clinical outcomes. Provides clinical and technical support during procedures, advises clinicians on treatment options, and promotes product education.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
