      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Market, position, and sell the employer’s Group Benefits portfolio products to designated brokers
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and plan holders to drive sales and retention
      - Achieve or exceed personal sales production expectations through effective sales strategies
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands
      - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance product sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A BS, BA degree or equivalent industry experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of group insurance sales experience or relevant combination of experience
      - Knowledge of industry products and processes, including Worksite, LTD, and Dental products
      - Ability to obtain required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain through Continuing Education
      - Strong judgment and integrity in a fast-paced environment

      - Experience in complex absence products and online enrollment
      - Proven track record of building rapport with clients and stakeholders
      - Demonstrated ability to act with accountability and deliver on commitments
