What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the intake of new and reorder customer product orders for Purewick medical products
- Conduct initial and follow-up calls with prospective leads, addressing customer concerns
- Maintain departmental call volume requirements for both inbound and outbound communications
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism on every call
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals as established by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry, sales, collections, or call center/customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work some evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with medical supply sales or customer service in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in calculating figures such as discounts and commissions
- Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and HIPAA compliance standards
