What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region
- Build relationships with customers through phone, email, and occasional in-person visits
- Close customer deals through generated leads and telephone prospecting
- Collaborate with sales team members and operations staff to provide customer solutions
- Maintain accurate records in the division’s database regarding customer interactions and requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in both inside and outside sales
- Effective negotiation and closing skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills in verbal, email, and written formats
- Proficiency with various computer programs, including Microsoft Suite and customer databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in construction or related industries
