      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase profits for the branch/region
      - Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone, email, and occasional in-person visits
      - Demonstrate product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
      - Close deals through generated leads and proactive telephone prospecting
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and meet daily entry requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
      - Proven track record in both inside and outside sales
      - Strong negotiation and closing skills
      - Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other customer databases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in construction or related industries
      - Familiarity with the rental industry
