First Quality is a diversified family of companies manufacturing consumer products ranging from Absorbent Hygiene (adult incontinence, feminine care, and baby care), Tissue (bath and towel), and Industrial (print and packaging materials), serving institutional and retail markets throughout the world. First Quality focuses on private label and branded product lines.

      We are seeking a Sales Representative, Retail for our First Quality Consumer Products working remotely. This position plays a key role in supporting sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and help achieve company objectives. This role is structured to cultivate essential skills and provide a strong foundation for a successful career in sales.

      Primary responsibilities include:

      • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to support daily sales activities and account management within an assigned account base
      • New Item execution from concept to first ship
      • Promotional performance and analysis
      • Facilitate artwork process
      • Market audits
      • Help develop presentation materials
      • Review market trends to determine customer needs
      • Assist in executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
      • Participate in training programs to develop essential sales skills and product knowledge
      • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
      • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners
      • Learn to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
      • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
      • Gradually assume responsibility for managing direct relationships with specific accounts as skills and experience growth

      The ideal candidate should possess the following:

      • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
      • 3-5 years of blended experience in Sales, Category Management, or Marketing preferred

      Must be a strong communicator, demonstrate critical analysis skills, proficient in negotiation and self-motivated. Needs to be computer literate and comfortable using various software programs and other tools relevant to the role.
