      Schedule: Rotating 3-week schedule

      Department Hours: Monday-Saturday 8:30am-8pm, Sunday 10am-7pm

      Responsibilities:

      The Sales Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience. The Sales Representative will ensure the customer gets all the information they are looking for, as well as presenting vehicles to customers to assist them in their buying decision. They utilize the Customer Management System to ensure timely, professional follow-up and to maintain strong relationships with sold and prospective customers.

      • Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mails.

      • Record contacts in Lead Management System.

      • Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments.

      • Make contact with assigned leads.

      Qualifications:

      • Prior sales experience

      • Excellent verbal and written communication & computer skills.

      • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

      • Ability to efficiently enter accurate information into computerized tracking system.

      • Prior dealership sales experience preferred but not required!

      • Subaru experience a plus!

      The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,560.00 - $144,400.00, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability

      Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
