      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide in-store support to retailers by assisting with merchandising, product setup, and marketing initiatives
      - Conduct sales training for store associates
      - Attend trade shows and customer events to represent the company and demonstrate products
      - Assist Territory Managers and National Account Managers with retail activities
      - Gather and analyze market data to develop strategies for brand growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates degree or relevant experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of work experience
      - Reside within the assigned territory
      - Must meet DOT requirements
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM data management
      - Ability to work extended hours and travel extensively as needed
      - Ability to lift heavy objects on a regular basis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of customer service experience
      - Prior experience in industries with high sales volume, such as appliances or power tools
