What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Inspect car wash quality for cleanliness, shine, and dryness
- Oversee the application of chemical equipment and ensure operational efficiency
- Perform minor repairs and cleaning of application devices
- Manage chemical inventory and inspect storage and delivery equipment
- Develop and maintain rapport with customers while providing high-quality service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong time management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the car wash industry
- Experience with car wash chemicals
