- Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within the assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide technical support during the implant procedure in the operating room
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
- Promote and establish education regarding the company's products and/or services
- Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities
- Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
- University degree in life-science, engineering (biomedical engineering, electrical…) or other relevant degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a sales role in healthcare/medical (device) industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, conversation, and writing)
- Computer literacy is a must, clean driver’s license and willingness to travel intensively
- Willingness to work with physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians and provide expert technical support in the operating room in the hospitals.

As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth and high-impact area where your work directly contributes to better patient outcomes.
In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, driving the adoption of our life-saving technologies —including TAVI and TPV products— and actively supporting the continued success of the Structural Heart business.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Experience in Cath lab procedures is highly valued, strong communication skills, ability to effectively manage tasks, and motivation to build robust business relationships with customers are essential, being self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision is a must.
