  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Generate profitable business by developing your assigned territory and maintaining customer relationships
  - Implement sales plans to grow the business and support national branding efforts
  - Utilize cold-calling and closing skills to expand the existing portfolio in a high-demand market
  - Collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet client needs
  - Engage in project management and new business development activities
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience, or 3-4 years of related sales experience
  - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  - Must be at least 21 years of age
  - Strong communication and negotiation skills
  - Solid computer skills, with preference for knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
  - Previous experience in roles such as Account Manager, Rental Sales, or Customer Service Representative
