What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive business development to increase market share and sales within a designated geographic territory
- Allocate lead generation time based on market demographics and distribution strategy
- Prepare status reports on activities, follow-ups, and adherence goals
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and professionals
- Participate in trade shows and events promoting the employer's products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
- 4-year degree or equivalent industry work experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy with technical acumen
- Self-motivated with effective time and territory management capabilities
- Strong consultative selling and conflict resolution skills
