      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute sales plans through selling, merchandising, and managing distribution within a designated territory
      - Utilize fact-based selling tools to secure new product distribution and promote seasonal promotions
      - Build and maintain customer relationships to enhance in-store presence and drive sales growth
      - Develop and execute annual business plans in collaboration with management
      - Provide feedback on merchandising programs and recommend improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completed University degree preferred
      - Previous experience in selling, merchandising, or customer service preferred
      - Full and valid Driver's License with a favorable driving record
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively engage with customers
      - Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
