      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute sales plans through selling, merchandising, and managing distribution in an assigned territory
      - Utilize fact-based selling tools to secure new product distribution and present cross-merchandising ideas
      - Sell and execute corporate promotions and customer-specific marketing programs
      - Develop and execute annual business plans in collaboration with management
      - Provide feedback on shelving/merchandising program performance and recommend improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completed University degree preferred
      - Full and valid Driver's License with a favorable driving record
      - Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement
      - Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel to retailers daily
