What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present Cutco products through one-on-one appointments with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance the client experience
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve skills and knowledge
- Manage flexible work hours around personal commitments and schedules
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve performance goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must enjoy working with people
- Must be at least 18 years old, or 17 and a 2025 high school graduate
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills
- No prior sales or home goods experience required
- Open to applicants of all ages and backgrounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service, retail, or similar fields
- Previous roles as a receptionist, cashier, server, or administrative assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule
- Experience with sales or home goods is a plus but not necessary
