      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate closely with the Field Sales team and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth deal progression and closure
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date management of Salesforce (SFDC) records, including contracts, orders, and customer data
      - Manage the administration, configuration, training, and troubleshooting of key sales tools, including SFDC
      - Identify, analyze, and implement improvements to existing sales processes to enhance efficiency
      - Assist the sales team in generating accurate quotes, contracts, NDAs, and responses to RFPs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA or other related field or equivalent work experience
      - 3-4 years of relevant revenue operations experience in the SaaS industry or a similar field
      - Highly competent research and analysis skills
      - Acute attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
      - Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com; certification is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a revenue operations role within a technology or data security company
      - Familiarity with additional sales tools such as Outreach or Zoominfo
      - Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication
